About me
Hello! I’m Anna, the determined, problem-solving soul behind Twine. After years spent honing my networking, strategising, service design and road mapping skills, I decided to apply everything I’ve learned to something brilliant of my own. So, I founded Twine to help people just like you tackle all the tricky things that hold you back, from shrinking resources and a lack of connections, to simply not quite knowing what to do next.
I'm all about making connections. Sometimes, it's helping people connect with themselves. Sometimes, it's connecting the dots, helping create something really special for a brand or business. And sometimes, it's about connecting people together – which is where the real magic happens. It’s all bundled up in my name: Twine.
I’d love to work with you – untangling tricky problems and knitting together a plan that carries you forwards. And if you ever need a bit more support, you can rely on my mentorship, which threads through everything I do. Whatever it is you need, it’s my hope that, bit by bit, together we can make this world a better place. So — where shall we start?

How I do it
Whoever you are, and whatever you need, I follow my tried-and-trusted three-step process to get to the heart of the problem. Here's what you can expect when you call on Twine.
Observe
To get started, I gather all the information I can about who you are, where you're going, and where you're stuck. This is where we get to know each other better, and decide what to do next. How do you want me to help? What does success look like? We’ll chat it all through together.
Focus
Now I know a bit more about you, your challenges and your goals, I can draw up a plan to get you there. If you ask me, no one ever gets anywhere by leaving people out, so I’ll encourage you to bring your team on board and see what they think, too.
Create
Everything comes together in this final step. Whether it's putting together a workshop or two, mentoring your team (or your leaders), or even calling on my network for the best tools and direction, it might be the end of the process for me — but it marks a whole new beginning for you.
